Narration: My Most Special Day

EXTRAORDINARY

            It was a blustering day when she was at her room just glancing out of her window discerning such memories. Then she remember vividly the day she received the most special gift she ever had. In that split second, her mind travel into a different world.

            Memories of her birthdays came beyond her precious mind. It was actually treasured milestones of her life. But she doesn’t have the slightest of idea why she was unsatisfied whenever celebrating her birthday. Despite having a pleasing birthday party and gifts from family and friends. She felt something is certainly missing.

            After playing outside, when she went home her mother asked her. “What are your plans in your 9^th birthday?” “The usual mom,” she answered. But she find it weird because her mother was smiling widely while asking her that. Something is strange, she thought.

            Days had passed, when finally her birthday was coming. However, she thinks it was just a typical day. But then she doesn’t know it was actually a blissful day.

            Her mother called her, then said something that make her cry in joy. She can’t contain the happiness she felt. In that moment, she ultimately found out the missing piece planted in her heart. Subsequently, she hugged her mother tight and they shared the happiness they felt to each other.

            After how many ages of being unsatisfied, she finally felt of being perfectly fine because the most precious gift she ever had was granted to her. And that is having her father in her birthday.

            It was the very first time to celebrate her birthday with her father. Ever since she was born, she never experienced a birthday party having a complete family. So My Most Special Day was on November 9, 2009. My ninth birthday, where our family was complete with so much joy and triumph.
